So what is this track? Who produced it? For what or who is it?
My assumption is that it's a staight Timbaland production. Not only from the sound of it but also because Keri said this some time ago on Twitter:
"recording in London- bunch of stuff to do! an exclusive song for Germany, somethin for Wal-Mart, a new song w/ Timbo for a soundtrack.."
That statement also leads to the assumption that it's this exclusive track for Germany for a soundtrack. But it could also be a song that didn't get onto "In A Perfect World..." or even Shock Value II material(?)

YES! Doesn't sound like something that fits on her album, so it's probably like a soundtrack song or something.
