Ummm, dude..the answer to September 11th question ain't too difficult to answer. That's when the 1st Blueprint came out.
Sucks that it appears that 1 Tim track made the cut. I don't know if this is the final tracklisting, though. Jay said he's still got the project open and might record something new. He also mentioned working with Just Blaze. Swizz Beatz also mentioned being on the album in a recent interview.

Sounds to me like they simply made 5 tracks for The Blueprint III, but not all may be used. Just like they made 60 tracks for Shock Value II; obviously they're not using all 60. Unless you have a credible source that states in plain English that all 5 tracks are confirmed as present on the album, don't make assumptions and make your site look foolish. Too much back-and-forth information on here as is.

I love doing this site, learnt alot... I just want to echo what Venture and BA said, we do have legit connections that obviously can't disclose because if we did connections would break.... I did like J Boogie's approach to things, very humble and patient guy. I think it'll leak mostly a week before the release. Because this album is really kept as a secret. Usually single tracks of some albums leak months before the release. And so far, we just heard the tracks that Jay-Z really released.
And are you kidding me? Leaking is good?? That's one big case that all the albums are delayed. Maybe it's good for the audience, but it really hurts the artists career. And I don't want that to happen to my favorite artists.

Mostly the albums leak if they are "store ready", someone at the factory where they're made and packed gets hands on a copy or a worker at the store where the albums are sold.
