Keri Hilson feat. Jay-Z - "Rumors" [UPDATE-2]

Check out this newly leaked track "Rumors" by Keri Hilson & Jay-Z:

Keri Hilson feat. Jay-Z - "Rumor":

I just say, well, a "simple" track. anyway....
But where does this track come from? A Shock Value 2 track? A demo for another artist? Or maybe a track for Keri Hilson's re-release of "In A Perfect World..."?
Definitely gonna find out more for you!

What do you think?

[UPDATE-1]: This track is a demo for none other than......Beyoncé.
Maybe you still remember. Timbaland once (2007) said in an interview that he'll play a major role in producing Beyoncé's next album (
I Am...Sasha Fierce). But as u know, the album already released, that didn't really work out.
Well, now we have the demo for a track that was made for Beyoncé's latest album.

[UPDATE-2]: Okay, you know that Keri's part was meant to be Beyoncé. And Jay-Z is also on it.
But in the end, the track was meant to be on Jay-Z's Blueprint 3!! And as you already know, it didn't make the cut...

most likely a leftover from "In a Perfect World" that we can expect in the re-release version

@doups: I was thinking exactly the same when I heard that track for the first time.

I honestly can't rate the song. I turned it off when I heard her sing "swagger". 95% of songs that have this word mentioned are wack. That's why I ignore it.

LOL Big-A that's not a valid execuse to stop listenin to this track! This track is dope and the Tim drums are hard!!!

Its what you call a really big stone from Japan.

You guys... tsk tsk tsk. Keri shouts out LEBRON JAMES... as in the dude who's coming out (came out?) with a movie and an accompanying album that features an all-star cast of musicians. This, is likely a leftover from that album.

NAH MEANS?

Either a Verizon ringtone left over, or what Fred suggests.

Sounds like Tim's drums he whipped up real quick, and someone... came in and added that weak melody, or its a loop.

eh not a huge fan of keri's lyrics at all, they're sorta wack imo

jay's verse didn't sound too special either

wack song

UGH THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE ISNT MADE FOR THE QUEEN BEY. BUT KERI HILSON IS STILL A FLOP. I MEAN THE BITCH AINT EVEN GO PLATINUM. BRANDY AKA MISS DRIVING FOR DUMMIES HERSELF FLOPPED ASS ALBUM DID 10 TIMES BETTER THAN " IN A FLOPPED WORLD". KERI NEEDS TO QUIT MAKING MYSIC AND CONTINUE SONGWRITING FOR THESE SINGERS THATS BETTER THAN HER

Tell us why you mad.

To be fair, she's one of those artists that can't hold an album all by herself.
She's only at her best when she does features. I mean, just take a look at some of her recent work.
The Clipse - All Eyes On Me
Fabolous - Everything, Everyday, Everywhere
Ron Browz - Simple Man

All have good hooks and are arguably a lot more catchier than anything on her own album.

Beyonce? Word? This is so... not for her. Stick to Ryan Tedder, honey. It's working for you (not for Kelly Clarkson, though lmfao).

And, for the life of me, with this new update I cannot figure out why LeBron James would need a shout out.

I read this was a left over track from the more than a game soundtrack and that would make a lot more sense. On top of that Keri shouts out her OWN NAME in the song, so I have to down she wrote this for anyone but herself.

wowwwwwwwww. i knew it was for blueprint 3...wow lol.

K. Briscoe (songwriter behind Britney's "Womanizer") wrote the whole song, except Jay-Z's part

She's that chick also on Jay-Z's "Reminder"

Nobody trusts Keri to pen her own songs LMFAO
