Chris Cornell turning Scream into a Rock Album..

Well its looks like Chris Cornell has bowed to pressure of his fans and decided to turn all his Scream tracks into a more rockier version. According to this article, as much as possible was done to 'De-Timbaland-ize' the tracks from Scream. Here is the rock version of "Never Far Away".

Is this version better? I personally prefer Timbaland's version, although this maybe bias...

Although Chris Cornell is still signed to Mosely Music Group, this makes it very unlikely that Timbaland will be producing more albums with Chris.

Timbaland working on Verizon remixes

We know about and have heard the Timbaland remixes of "Rehab" by Rihanna and "Tonight" by the Jonas Brothers. We also know that he did something with Keith Urban [click].
Some time ago there was a crappy live version of the track "Kiss A Girl" by him released through Verizon and we all thought: "What the fuck? that has nothing to do with Timbo!!".
But when you look at the end of the video (the part with Keith Urban), it seems that they made some tracks in the Verizon mobile recording bus....so let's hope that will be released some time soon.
I personally can't wait what Tim did with a COUNTRY singer^^

I think the orginal Timbo version of the track is way better! On this version Timbo isn't even featured. Whatever, he has probably done that for all the old Chris Cornell fans...

Chris Cornell - Scream [leaked] -.- [Updated]

My deepest fears about "Scream" has come true. Sadly, Chris Cornells highly anticipated album "Scream" has been leaked on the internet. ONE month before the release!!!
I feel really sorry for Chris and Timbo.
And before someone will ask: We will NOT post the download link here on The Buzz!!


And now to the album:
Timbaland was right!! You gotta hear the album as a whole.
The Outros of the songs are connected to the next song and the Intros are connected to the previous song. Know what I mean?^^

All thing considered, "Scream" is a GREAT album. It has a really futuristic style.
You can't even tell the Genre of the songs. It's a bit Rock, Pop, Funk, Alternative,....everything.
It's the "Timbaland" Genre.
You begin to hear it and it's like you hear an one hour song of Timbo and Chris Cornell with a lot of Beat-Twists.

I made my decision and will buy it!! Be sure to buy it, too!! ;)

[Update] We are working on an in-depth review on the album so "WATCH OUT" for that! It will be here in no "TIME"!

Chris Cornell adds extra London date

Due to demand, Chris Cornell has added another special London date - he'll play at the Shepherds Bush Empire on March 2, 2009. Tickets go onsale Friday 30 January.

Chris Cornell's new album "Scream" is released in the UK on March 9.

Did anyone notice the refurbished Mosley Music Group website? pretty cool, but did you also notice that it says "Scream" has the release date of the 3rd of March!
