even though the hook is different, but stuff like that can change. comparing the beat with the described beat....and that intro....what are you thoughts on that?

T.I. going to work with Timbo?

Recently, T.I. told MTV.com that he will be going in the studio with 2 big producers soon for his next album 'King Uncaged'. And one of them is none other that Timbaland!!
But see/hear yourself:



You know, artists say a lot..."I'm going to (or already) worked with Timbo"...but in reality, they haven't. Just like Sean Kingston did, remember? Saying he worked with Tim but in fact, they never even met each other lol. (even though u can't...u just can't compare T.I. & Sean Kingston because they are worlds apart)

And in the case of T.I. saying that he's going in the studio with Timbo next week...on Tim's side, there are no studio sessions planned yet with Tip. But let's hope it still happens and we're going to hear another "Here We Go Again" or something better!

We already heard the unfinished version of this track. But now, we've got the finished version with a verse from the king ouf the South T.I. and a nice beat change!

Finally, after several versions of T.I.'s "Hell Of A Life", we get the final one.

The track definitely sounds better than the previous versions.
Well, while researching a bit on this track I found some interesting infos. T.I. wanted to make a re-release of his album "Paper Trail" which should have the name "Paper Trail: Case Closed". Even though it was shelved due to unknown reasons, there were recorded a few tracks for the re-release. For example "Hell Of A Life".
Another track that should be on the re-release, in fact it should be the first single of it, is a song T.I. made with The Y's aka Rob Knox, Justin Timberlake & James Fauntleroy. (read here)
So, as I already said, it was shelved. But instead of a whole re-release album, the tracks were released digitally as an EP in late August.
Five songs are on that EP: the 3 previous singles "Live Your Life" feat. Rihanna, "Dead And Gone" feat. Justin Timberlake & "Whatever You Like"
and 2 additional songs: "Remember Me" feat. Mary J. Blige (prod. by Polow Da Don) & "Hell Of A Life".

A pity that we didn't get to hear what HIT they cooked up together...

Yet another Keri Hilson feature? Sounds exactly like Keri to me. Her voice is quite distinctive. Ok, to the actual song. My personal opinion is it's OK. The song is quite slow, and has a generic beat. Sounds vaguely similar to R&B/Pop of the late 90's, early 00's to me. I would love to know who this was actually for, because doesn't fit "Paper Trail" and probably would be for Keri's Album?
