All contest that utilize a voting system can & will be corrupted.
i think it will be clear who cheats or not.... if they is cheating and other people notice their cheating we will have to employ a new voting system....

But how do you wanna know if someone is cheatin...whether someone is always voting himself oder someone mobilized lot of people...this is really tricky...
