im friends with justin. yes hes not officially recording his album right now, but he is recording his own stuff. i have the message of when he told me 3 weeks ago. but even though hes recording (as he always is), he doesnt have a solid start to say "yes im officially making an album". but yes he is messing around with stuff & figuring out what he wants to do.
