The Timbaland Buzz introduces the beautiful and talented French artist:SoShy
SoShy already got in touch with music at her early ages and began to sing at the age of eight. Around twelve years later, she started to make music professionally.
SoShy crossed paths with artists like Estelle, John Legend or Midi Mafia, and was also featured on EA Sport's FIFA 2006 Soundtrack with a song called "The Way I" and on the FIFA '10 Soundtrack with her song "Dorothy".
Timbaland and Marcus (He runs MosleyMusicGroup) knew SoShy already for about three years, following every step of her career. They heard her new demos with her long time collaborator Lone and signed her to MMG in 2008.
Now to SoShy's music-style. Listen to these 2 songs (which are also on her myspace page):

Those two tracks above are my personal favorites of her myspace songs. But I recommend listening to all of 'em. ;)
That humming melody of "Dorothy", which is produced by Lone, is really catchy and it's also the closest one that reminds me a bit on Tim's style. Now imagine her on a Timbo beat....wow, definitely a style of music Tim hasn't worked with yet.
And her voice is really unique with a high recognition value. I just listened to her tracks a couple of times and recognized her right away on her feature on Shock Value 2!
But SoShy is also working on her own album, which will be released some time next year. So far, the producers on her album are (of course) Timbaland, who produced half of it, Jim Beanz and Lone. And she co-wrote it with Michelle Bell. But more people could still join the team.
As for the first single of Shock Value 2. It is still not sure which track will be the single. But we can already tell you something. ;)
