Well, Timbaland already told us back in October 2009!
"Whenever You Like" feat. Bran' Nu was on Timbo's list of Shock Value II tracks he revealed on the Ryan Seacrest show!
So, knowing that it didn't make the cut on SVII, will it be on Brandy's next album? Or will we ever be able to hear the full track?
