Timbaland & Justin Timberlake sessions

If you remember, at the beginning of August we already reported that Timbo will get back in the studio with Justin Timberlake. And a couple of days later, lots of tweets came in by people from Tim's camp about them being in the studio in VA Beach.
Unfortunately, no one said something about what they actually worked together. Speculations about them working on Shock Value III or even Justin's next album came up.
Well, now it's that time that I can finally tell you what they mainly worked on during these sessions.

Was it JT's next project? sorry, Justin fans...that didn't happen.
Or Shock Value III? hmm, unfortunately that wasn't the project they worked for [which doesn't mean that none of the recorded tracks might be considered for it ;-) ]
The album, Timbaland & Justin Timberlake were working on, was the debut album of JT's band FreeSol called 'No Rules' (current release date is October).

Besides the info above, we've got something else. TheSource.com recently interviewed Justin Timberlake & FreeSol, were they talked about their upcoming album.
Here the important parts about Timbo:
When we asked the group what their favorite song was from their new album and why, they told us that it changes and it is hard to choose, but gave us their favorite on that evening:

E. Ives: Today, Elliot's favorite is “Fascinated”.

Q: Why?

E. Ives: We just heard it for the first time since it's been mixed. And we just finished the song with Timbaland in Virginia Beach like a couple weeks ago.

Free: So this morning my favorite song was “Audition”. Then the Timbaland songs came in and then “Intoxicated” has become my number one. Love it.

Alright, now we've also got the songnames of two Timbaland produced track and the confirmation that at least two made the cut (if nothing changes their minds).
Be on the lookout for "Fascinated" & "Intoxicated" by FreeSol!

In case you don't know them yet, then definitely check out some of their music; e.g. "Fast Car" ft. Justin Timberlake or "Hoodies Down, Hats Low".

Can't wait to hear it. I still play most of the songs JT and Timbo have done together, including "Carry Out".
